The API provides a secure, reliable, and scalable means of storing and retrieving data over the internet. By accessing and using the MarcSync API, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service (TOS) agreement.
You may use the MarcSync API to build applications, services, and tools that interact with the MarcSync database. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of all data that is stored, retrieved, or transmitted through the MarcSync API.
The MarcSync API is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, and export control laws.
You may not use the MarcSync API to send or store any malicious or harmful code, such as viruses, worms, or trojans. You may not attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the MarcSync API or the MarcSync database. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API.
MarcSync reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the API at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to you. If you violate any of the terms of this TOS agreement, your right to use the API may be terminated immediately and without notice.
MarcSync shall not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from or in connection with the use of the API.
MarcSync reserves the right to modify this TOS at any time and for any reason. Your continued use of the API after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.
